Leadership for the Future workshop took place at Casa di Langa Sustainable Eco Resort in Cerreto Langhe, marking the final chapter of a training and personal growth project dedicated to the top levels of the Demont Group.
The managers of HI-PE, were invited to participate.
Two days that set the stage for the Baptism of the Group, where we shared our Golden Rules: trust, courage, awareness, sustainability and responsibility.
HI-PE is now more aware of its role as a cog in a larger and more complex machine, ready to face challenges and achieve significant milestones.
