Turning operations are performed on five CNC machines from renowned brands like DMG, Mazak, and INDEX, enabling the production of complex components with the utmost precision and repeatability.
HI-PE excels in rigorous testing of components designed for high-pressure fluid and gas applications, conducting both hydraulic pressure tests up to 60 bar and leak tests utilizing advanced techniques like vacuum/helium gas and pneumatic air tests.
